Peri-Peri is delicious:

Ingredients for Peri Peri Spice Mix:

Red chili powder 3 tbsp

Black salt 1 tsp

Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

Garlic powder 1 tbsp

Ginger powder 1/4 tsp

Oregano 1 tsp

Powdered sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Fried Vegetable Ingredients:

Oil 1 tbsp

Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp

Broccoli florets (blanched) 1/2 cup

Mushrooms (quarters) 1/2 cup

Red bell pepper (triangle) 1/2 cup

Green metal pepper (triangle) 1/2 cup

Sweet corn 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Oregano 1 tsp

Ingredients for Peri Peri Pasta:

K&N Fire Fingers 780 g (8-10)

Penne pasta 1 ½ cup

Boiling water

Oil (boiling) 1 tsp

Salt (boiling) 1 tsp

Butter 3 tbsp

Whole-wheat flour 2 tbsp

Milk 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Peri-peri spice mix 1 ½ tbsp

Add the fried vegetables

Boiled pasta

Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 cup

Ketchup 3 tbsp

Guidelines for Peri Peri Spice Mix Preparation:

In a bowl add the red pepper, black salt, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, oregano, powdered sugar, salt, and mix well. Your Peri Peri Spice Mix is ​​ready.

Guidelines for Preparing Fried Vegetables:

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add Broccoli, mushrooms, capsicum, corn, salt, and mix well. Now add black pepper, oregano and cook well for 2-3 minutes. Remove the flame and set it aside.

Guidelines for preparing Peri Peri Pasta:

Configure K&N Fire Fingers as instructed on the package. Set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, oil, salt and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and boil until 80%. Strain and set aside. In a frying pan of butter and add the refined flour. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until light golden brown.

Now add a little more and stir the milk continuously. Make sure there are no lumps. Cook until firm. Now add salt, black pepper, peri spice mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the fried vegetables, add the boiled, cheese, ketchup and cook until the cheese melts and then the sauce. Add milk when the sauce thickens. Lift it up with K & N fire fingers. Remove the flame and serve, your Creamy Peri-Peri Pasta is ready.
