Beef Pulao Recipes - Mehnaz Food

Ingredients for boiled potatoes:

Potatoes (cut in half) 4-5

Yellow food coloring 1 tbsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Water as needed


Ingredients:

Cow 1 kg

Oil 1/4 cup

Fried onions 2 cups

Tomato (chopped) 2 cups

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tbsp

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Red flakes 1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Cumin powder 2 tsp

Nutmeg (small) 1 inch

Mace (small) 1 inch

Cinnamon stick 1 inch

3-4 green peppers

Clove 10-12

Black peppercorn 1 tsp

Star anise 2-3

Bay leaf 1

Yogurt 1 cup

Water 1 L


Ingredients for Preparing Rice:

2 cups of Guard Basmati Rice

Water (Immersion) as needed

Salt 1 tsp

Fabrics 8-10

Oil 2 tbsp

Cinnamon stick 1 inch


Ingredients:

Slices of tomato as needed

Slices of lemon as needed

Mint leaves as needed

Coriander leaves as needed

Green chilies as needed

Fried onions as needed

Prepared biryani masala

Boiled rice

Yellow food coloring 1 tbsp


References to boiled potatoes:

1. In a saucepan add water and bring to a boil, add the potatoes, salt, oil, food coloring and allow to boil until 75%. Strain and set aside.

Guidelines To Prepare:

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the meat, fry for 4-5 minutes or until color changes. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Then add the fried onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Now add tomatoes, salt, red pepper, chili flakes, coriander powder, cumin seeds, nutmeg, mace, cinnamon sticks, cloves, black peppercorns, star anise, bay leaf, and cook for 8-10 minutes on high heat.

4. Now add water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat until the meat is 85% cooked.

5. Now add the yogurt and cook until the oil is separated. Add the green chilies, boiled potatoes and cook for 6-8 minutes. Your masala is ready.

Guidelines for Preparing Rice:

6. In a bowl add water and dip the basmati rice in the pan. Soak for 30 to 35 minutes, strain, and set aside.

7. In a saucepan add water and bring to a boil, add the wet rice, bay leaf, salt, cloves, black peppercorn, oil, cinnamon sticks and boil until 85% dissolved. Sort and set aside,

Guidelines:

8. In a saucepan add a layer of masala, boiled rice, slices of tomato, masala, fried onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, slices of tomato, lemon slices, and cover with a lid. Smoke for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Cooking time: 30-40 minutes

Serving: 3-4
