Roti Sandwich Wrap
Roti Dough Preparation Ingredients:
Flour (Maida) 2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed
Chicken Ingredients Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Attach garlic 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Red flakes 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Mayo Spicy Sauce:
Mayo 1 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Green (chopped) chilies 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients:
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp
Oil (ointment) as needed
Spicy mayo sauce as needed
Cooked chicken as needed
Slices of cheese as needed
Tomatoes (sliced) as needed
Lettuce leaves as needed
Roti Preparation Guidelines:
In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil, and water and knead well until your dough is soft and ready. Keep it aside and rest for 5 minutes. Now, make small balls and with the help of a rolling pin, roll them down into a chapati form and cook in Tawa until 80% is done and remove.
Guidelines for Preparing Chickens:
Now in a bowl add the lean chicken, salt, garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, tomato ketchup, oregano, and red chili flakes. Marinate the chicken for about 10-15 minutes. Put the oil in a pan and cook the grated chicken for about 8-1o minutes or until the water runs out. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Guidelines for Preparing Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl, add the mayo, chili sauce, green chilies, garlic powder, cream, red chili powder, and salt.
Guidelines:
Now take the chapati and place the cheese evenly, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, chicken pieces, and sauce into four parts on each side of the chapati. Then flip on each side until well folded. Then fold each side for one minute or make it into a sandwich maker. Your Roti wrap is ready to serve.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
Serving: 3-4
