Tortilla Ingredients:
Target flour for all 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
1/3 cup of oil
Hot water 1 cup
Sour Cream Ingredients:
Cream 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Spinach Ingredients:
Spinach (chopped) 1 ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1/4 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dark powder 1 tsp
Ingredients:
Tortilla as needed
Mix the spinach as needed
K&N Fire Fingers 780 g (2-3)
Onions (chopped) as needed
Tomatoes (chopped) as needed
Raw coriander (chopped) as needed
Guidelines for preparing Tortilla:
1. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix the dry ingredients until well combined. Now add oil and water.
2. Mix well until the dough begins to blend and form a quick ball. Knead for 1-2 minutes and Rest for 20 minutes.
3. Place on a board and divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a circular motion, about 6-7 inches wide, keeping the working area and folding pin from light.
4. Place one circle of dough in a hot pan and allow to cook for one minute.
5. Remove the pan with the brakes and place it in a covered container or bag with a zipper to store fresh tortillas.
Guidelines for Preparing Sour Cream:
1. In a bowl add the cream, lemon juice, milk and mix well. Relax all night.
Guidelines for Preparing Spinach Mix:
2.Pour the cream cheese, sour cream into a mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Add the spinach, cheddar cheese, cumin powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, and toss to combine. Taste and add extra spices, if needed.
Guidelines:
Configure K&N Fire Fingers as instructed on the package.
4. Place a large spoonful of filling line next to each tortilla and place it on top with K&N hot fingers and roll tightly. Protect with toothpaste if needed.
Heat oil in a large skillet. If it is hot (tortillas should be immersed as soon as they are added to the oil). Fry the taquitos in small batches, a few seconds on each side, until golden and crispy on all sides. Place it on a table with a framed plate.
6. Sprinkle with onion, tomato, coriander, sour cream, and cook.
